Правила аукција

Продавци предмета (ЛОТ-а) и купци прихватају следећа аукцијска правила:

  1. Аукција је јавна, а учешће на њој је слободно и добровољно.
  2. А.К. БИНОМ сноси све трошкове руковања и чувања ЛОТ-ова, припреме и штампања каталога, организације аукције и сл.
  3. Продавац предмета (власник ЛОТ-а) плаћа на излицитирану цену 25% провизије. На непродате предмете се не плаћа провизија. За познате клијенте могући су договори са А.К.
  4. Лицитирање се обавља лично или преко посредника у сали, или га обавља аукционер у име купаца који су дали писмене понуде (писмо, факс, e-mail).
  5. У случају идентичних писмених понуда, узима се у обзир она која је прва приспела.
  6. А.К. задржава право да без образложења ускрати право на лицитирање.
  7. Аукционер гарантује апсолутну дискрецију за све купце и продавце.
  8. Плаћање преузетих ЛОТ-ова за присутне купце се обавља одмах, а за купце са писменим понудама 8 дана по пријему рачуна-извештаја. За познате купце могући су договори са А.К.
  9. Лицитирање у сали врши се дизањем аукционог броја, а према аукционој табели. У нејасним ситуацијама одлучује аукционерски менаџмент (комисија).
  10. А.К. може да одбије БИД без објашњења.
  11. Предмете у каталогу су описали експерти, на чије се мишљење А.К. позива. То значи да А.К. не може бити одговорна за исправност тих мишљења.
  12. А.К. може да мења редослед понуда у односу на каталошке бројеве.
  13. Купопродајни уговор са А.К. ступа на снагу са финалним ударцем чекића.
  14. У случају спора надлежан је 4. општински суд у Београду.
  15. Трошкове доставе плаћа купац.

A.K. BINOM RULES AND REGULATIONS

The LOT sellers and buyers accept the following auction rules:

  1. The auction is public and the participation is free and voluntary.
  2. A.K. Binom covers the maintenance and keeping costs of all the LOTS, as well as the catalogue editing costs, auction organisation, etc.
  3. The seller (the owner of the LOT) pays the 25% commission on the final BID price. Commission is not to be paid for the unsold items. There is a possibility of making concessions for the already existing clients.
  4. Bidding is done personally or through the mediator present in the auction room, or by the auctioneer in the name of the buyers who send their written BIDS (through letters, faxes or emails).
  5. In case there are equivalent written BIDS, the first one received is taken into account.
  6. A.K. keeps its right to withhold someone’s bidding right without any explanation.
  7. The auctioneer guarantees an absolute confidentiality for all buyers and sellers.
  8. Payments for the bought LOTS are made immediately by the present customers. Customers who send their written BIDS make payments eight days after getting receipts – accounts. There is a possibility of making concessions for the already existing clients.
  9. Bidding in the auction room is done by raising the auction numbers in accordance with the auction table. In case of unclear situations, the final decision is made by the auction management (commission).
  10. A.K. can refuse a BID without any explanation.
  11. The catalogue items are described by the experts, whose opinions are cited by A.K. Therefore, A.K. restrains from any responsibility for the correctness of these reviews.
  12. A.K. has the right to change the catalogue order of the items.
  13. The contract of sale signed by A.K. comes into force after the final hammer sound.
  14. A potential legal action lays under the competence of the Fourth Municipal Court in Belgrade.
  15. Postage and delivery expenses will be paid by customer!

The final BID price is paid in dinars.
